DEA knocking on my door (Small time CGMC buyer) : DarkNetMarkets | Torhoo darknet markets

Here's the facts:

*5 DEA officers knocked on door with vests on
*Pointed to a paper with an order made 3 months ago and asked if I knew the return address address and person
*Told me not to bullshit with him and he will not arrest me or search my house and to tell me what market, product and vendor I ordered from on that date and to make sure it was right and took down my phone number
*I had people over my house smoking and can easily be smelled - they were poking there heads out - the DEA didn't seem to want to be interested in trying to arrest me which has been my life long experience
*Then again, he didn't really ask me a lot of questions like he could have - just "who, where and what" and that's it
*I'm in the US and have only ordered small amounts in CGMC
*When the agent mentioned what market, he mentioned dream which I have never been on

I made a post about this like a week ago and deleted it out of fear but now I'm just blatantly curious wtf happened. They were in the front of my house for a total of 5 minutes, asked 3 questions, joked about arresting me, laughed and said it's a warning.
The weirdest part about it was that it was the DEA and not local le or anything. I'm just a small fish :(. I'm also aware of how stupid I am. How f**** am I - is the question? Or did I get lucky?

If they are knocking then they have fuck all. If they had anything they would bash your door in at 6am just for the giggles.

So unless someone kicks my door in, I don't have to speak to anyone? As in just leaving the door closed would work?

Yep knocking generally means its circumstantial evidence nothing more otherwise, theydve likely got a warrant and would be "Knocking" with the "Big Red Key"...

Trust me,they only kick down your door ONCE they have all they need to nail your coffin.
After all they need to convince a judge to warrant giving LE a Warrant but i am no expert, just my own experiences!

Yes...No...Mostly...Sometimes.

Unless someone kicks your door in, you don't have to speak to anyone.
For that matter, once they kick your door in, you also don't have to speak to anyone.
Just leaving the door closed "would work" to avoid speaking to them.
Just leaving the door closed would NOT work to avoid them coming back.
Of course, speaking to them may not avoid them coming back either.

Without knowing what you told them vs what they already knew, it's REALLY difficult to say for sure how fucked you are. The only thing I've heard of that bears any resemblance to your experience didn't involve DEA. It involved the Postal Inspectors. They knocked, but they also had a warrant. They didn't kick down the door (because they didn't have to) but they Did totally come to the door with the battering ram just leaned up against the house, so that gave the impression that they totally Would have, had the door not opened voluntarily.
It was the fucking postal inspectors and not the DEA, so they missed >45 ounces of meth. They also failed to find the wall safe that contained tens of thousands of dollars. Which was good, since they had a pretty airtight case that dude was knowingly accepting pounds of crystal meth; the fact that they proceeded to Not find pounds of crystal meth in his house was a pretty solid indication that he was probably selling it.

All told, it kind of feels like you were probably less of a concern to them and more of a way to independently confirm or deny information the believed but couldn't otherwise verify. How honest you were or weren't may have made a difference; it may have made The difference (although I sincerely doubt it.)

So basically, I'm back to....Yes....No....Maybe....Sometimes.....
Sorry to be of absolutely no help.

Don't open the door, don't talk to them, they can't arrest you or do shit without a warrant.

They are just casing you. Yes, EVERYTHING you SAY and DO CAN be held against you.

Which is why you don't answer, and if for some stupid reason you do, shut the fuck up.
When they show up at the door with a fucking warrant, there's not really an option but to open the door. Especially when the drive is full of cars, the TV is blasting, and all the lights are on. We weren't even home at the time, we pulled in and 2 LE approached us on the curb before we could even make it out of the car. Those bitches were already half way through the house. No papers ever filed, the warrant only listed the address, no charges, no trace of it even happening (we had the lawyers double-check that), except for the fucking clean up bill, which incidently went to our roomate. Aside from the shame of being told we grew shitty pot, nothing but the emotional trauma remains.

What the actual fuck? So DEA agents were using fake warrants?

Cool , sue the living fuck out of them and buy some "good" pot with their lost salaries from being fired and possibly jailed

DEA can suck it
sounds like a knock and talk, they come on strong, but if You politely give them nada then there is not much they can do, unless they can prove You or a resident at Your home made the order, and if that was the case they dont knock.

You did not mention what you said to them. What did you say to their questions?

It sounds to me like they are working a case to bust a vendor and they would like corroborating info from that vendor's customers.

How many packs have your ordered this year from the darknet? Was that 1 the only pack they asked you about?

Why are you keeping packages from months ago in the first place?

Other than that did you warn the vendor?

Maybe they may of came just to show that there watching you and if yu keep it up they will find a way to bust you..

I wouln't even attempt to order anything for awhile if I was you because if they really want you theyll find a way and now your post office is keeping a close eyes on packages probably it sucks when a package gets found.

Ive had a love letter from customs and just like that customs was shut down and nothin ever made it threw customers there again.... Not even completely legal from legit sites. To this day there tracking # still says its in customs

It wouldn't hurt to consult with a lawyer. idk the specifics of your situation, but most attorneys I know would consider this enough involvement that you could hire them on retainer.

Since the packages were from months before, I think the vendor might have been using the same prepaid or shipping account for all the packages. Vendor got lazy and didn't switch the shipping account or card.

They probably went to a few houses and someone talked and said were they bought it, hence why they thought it was from dream.

That said your address is burned and I would not keep any drugs in your place for a while.

Maybe some vendor from dream used your address as their return address, and DEA thought why not try and check what's there?
Reminds us of the time we came home from work to find LVMetro and the DEA combing through everything in the house. On of our roommates had a legal grow, which got reported by a neighbor, so they came with warrants in hand thinking they had some HUGE growhouse....they took our yield, which was just a few oz's over the legal limit to have for medicinal at the time, left our house in shambles, ripped up our plants and left them on the curb, and then charged us a $2000 clean up fee. Fucking LE man....We're gonna fuck your house up, and send you a bill for it. They joked because they thought the were walking into a full grow house with 100's of plants....we had 7. Then the mother fuckers had the gall to say our pot wasn't even that good, adding insult to injury. Good thing they didn't really check the fridge very well, or they would have noticed the 350 ml of pure liquid LSD. Ha Ha. Still....enough to make your asshole pucker a bit.
