Deposit for order never arrived. : DarkMatterMarket | Torhoo darknet markets

As the title says I made a deposit for a purchase and the Order was never confirmed by the market so it got cancelled which is weird because my money went in and I check to make sure it was the correct address which would be hard to not do since I copy and paste everything, but it never came back. This was a few days ago. I tried using their form for lost deposits, but it wouldn't send the information after posting and I've sent a ticket to the admins with the same information that would be posted in that form. I haven't been able to log back in since then, but there is no change with my wallet address. Has anyone else experienced this issue with this market?

Sounds like you were phished. You should always make sure to verify the PGP signature in the signed message containing order info. If PGP signature doesnt match, dont send XMR. You should also remember to save the PGP signed proof of order because this is the first thing staff will ask from you to investigate any order issues.
