DESudo admin of DIDW arrested in Bavaria : DarkNetMarkets | Torhoo darknet markets

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but as many of you probably already have seen, https://torhoo.cc/go.php?u=TDNVdlpHVnpkV1J2# was arrested two days ago. (/u/Paris you should probably ban his account on here for the safety of dread users unaware)

DIDW, the largest german forum/market, which shut down in May earlier this year due to a 'fire in the datacenter' has been seized and now hosts a BKA seizure banner. Sudo, or known on dread as Ricky Spanish / DEsudo, a 22 year old german has been arrested.

While DIDW was preliminarily a Forum, it is recognised as a Market due to the high traffic in inter-german deals that took place there, hence why I am posting this on this sub.

After closing the forum, sudo had disappeared and was not very talkative on jabber or on dread. The story about a fire breaking out and destroying servers and backups was also not believed by many in the community. Now we know for sure.


Do note, sudo had close ties to Archetyp's ASNT, who was also on DIDW and a strong supporter / promoter. With servers now in LE's hands who knows what communication between them might have been leaked, but I gather someone of ASNT statute will have taken the necessary precautions and not talked about anything detrimental to his opsec.

Anyways, RIP sudo. He faces 1-10 years if found guilty.
