Dictionary/Acronyms used on here : CafeDread | Torhoo darknet markets

I decided to make a bit of a dictionary for those who get a bit confused around here:

Anon: A term that refers to users whose identity is unknown, aka anonymous.

Clearnet: The regular internet, so basically not .onion sites. Examples include Google, Bing, and Edge.

DB: Stands for database, mostly used when people talk about database leaks.

Dumps: Used with carding and fraud, refers to a large list of stolen financial data/info used for fraud.

Fed: A federal agent or official.

FE: Finalize Early. A term used on markets when buying off a market, signaling the funds have been released before you have gotten your order.

Glowies: A term used by Terry Davis, first used, I believe, in a 2017 video where he said "CIA N***ERS GLOW IN THE DARK," implying you can just tell and feel when someone is an agent.

I2P: Invisible Internet Project. An encrypted anonymous network mostly used when talking about OpSec, hacking, and privacy.

IP: Stands for IP address (Internet Protocol). The router you are connected to has an IP address, which can be IPv4 or IPv6.

ISP: Internet Service Provider. Used for phones and such, like AT&T, which provide internet access.

Kali: Kali Linux. An operating system for digital forensics and penetration testing.

KYC: Know Your Customer or Know Your Client. Usually used when buying crypto where they ask you for your name, email, and ID.

MIA: Missing In Action

Linux: A broad range of operating systems, such as Debian, Ubuntu, and Fedora, that are from the Linux distribution.

LE/LEO/LEA: Law Enforcement, Law Enforcement Officers, Law Enforcement Agents.

LL: Love Letter. A letter from customs saying your package has been seized.

OP: Original Poster, meaning the person who posted the post.

OS: Operating System, like Windows and Debian.

OpSec: Operational Security. The standards and processes a person or organization should implement to ensure that a security breach does not occur.

P2P: Peer-to-Peer. A decentralized type of computer network where the computers act as both server and client.

PGP/GPG: A way of encrypting messages used for sensitive info.

PM/DM: Private Message or Direct Message, messaging a person privately.

RAT: Remote Access Trojan. Used in hacking, allows remote access to your computer.

RC: Research Chemicals, used a lot when making your own drugs at home, RCs is also a related term for "legal" drugs/analogues of illicit drugs (like AL-LAD, 1cP-LSD, etc).

Seizure: Usually used with packages or when Feds take down illegal darknet websites like markets.

TLD: Top Level Domain.

TLP: Traffic-Light Protocol.

VPN: Virtual Private Network, used to mask your real IP address.

XMR: Monero. The best anonymous and private coin used for buying stuff totally anonymously.

If I missed any or got some wrong, please correct me. Other than that, I hope you guys enjoy! :)

I think RCs is also a related term for "legal" drugs/analogues of illicit drugs (like AL-LAD, 1cP-LSD, etc).

Yeah, but I'm just focusing on what people use it for here on Tor, like making meth and speed. Thank you:D

yeah 99% of people using the term RC will be referring to legal/synthetic drugs as isaidfuckyou stated. in the context of synthesizing meth or speed (or any illicit drug really) someone will use the term precursor or analogue
