Did I get scammed by WSM? : WallStreetMarket | Torhoo darknet markets

EDIT/UPDATE: The vendor took down all his listings on wednesday but didnt reply to the dispute. I wonder when this is getting looked at?

So I ordered something of a "trusted vendor". Vendor didn´t reply in time so I had to dispute to prevent the order from auto finalizing. I had contacted the support before and they answered within 4h. This time however its been like 2 days and nobody replied to my dispute nor my ticket (which I had opened 1day after disputing my order). Today is day 2/3 (depending on time zone) with no reply from any staff or the vendor himself.

I´m starting to believe that the market just scammed me of the money I had sent to their escrow wallet.

Anybody got any advice or thoughts on this?

Hello,

As long the Order is in Dispute your Money is safe.
normally Disputes are gonna be answered withing 24hrs please excuse if this takes a bit longer in your case but this is not a reason to call out a "Scam".
Please be a bit patient.

In some cases we do wait some time for the Vendor to give him a chance to perceive and answer the dispute.

You can send me the Dispute id if you are in hurry.

Thank you for the quick reply! I apologize, in no way do I want to call WSM a scam. I´m still a newbie to ordering from the darkweb so I was just curious if other people experienced the same or similar situations.

wsm is the only market with good dispute mods, other markets ghost you. they are probably just busy.

It will take a week or longer to hear back about your dispute. People say that WSM is better in dealing with disputes than any other market out there but they take just as long and are just as shady as people claims the other markets are. All markets are the same, it takes time for an answer; you'll get phished; you'll lose money; you'll get scammed hell it's the black market of the internet what do you expect. Fingers crossed and jump in.

Yeah, they're bit slow. Opening support ticket helped me once.
