I opened a ticket on alphabay #ao1lN1xau7I4 // I made two orders. I choose the option of direct deposit and send my money to each order from external wallet. The problem is that more than 3 hours passed and the status of the orders is still: Payment Required. The moderator inside dealing with the ticket couldn't even comprehend what was my issue, thinking i made deposit to my wallet there coudln't even distinguish between direct order / deposit to my wallet and what was my issue.. Thats complete ridicolousness.. The mods don't have a clue what to do, till the point they don't even comprehend what is even the issue.. Some people waiting for 5 days or more.. simply to get their money from direct orders / deposits to their alphabay account in their wallet.. complete nonsense.. instead of announcing to everyone with a thread they have issues with payments, they said 3 days earlier direct deposits work fine.. huge dissapointment, now i need to wait god know how long this guys to fix the issue.. And who will account if monero drops 20% until this is solved??

instead of keeping the market open why you haven't closed it until you fix your payment issues? why should the market be kept open when you haven't refunded people for 5 days or so? this is not about fixing my issue its about warning people, since a person from your team said 3 days ago in the very thread direct payments are ok.. which is not the case..

Indeed...
Just foolishly made a direct pay order, believing it would work better than wallet deposit, as nothing stated it was broken.
Now 53 cofirmations later it stil says payment required, and I wonder what happens after 6 hours when the adress is not valid anymore ?
True that about the XMR price that may drop, plus having that money tied up for 5 days and having to wait for a ticket to be resolved is a major flaw unfortunately for a market that has a nice UI and that promises many nice features...
Anyway should I open a ticket or wait for 24 hours like for the wallet deposits ?

Yesterday I waited 100+ confirmations and over 6 hours. When the 6 hours runs out, the timer resets to seemingly a random time like 2 hours or 1.5 hours. Both my orders took about 10 hours with direct deposit but they went through eventually.

I just opened a ticket after seeing my orders stay on payment required.. the responce was fast, but the mod had no idea how to solve the issue.. and told me he is going to redirect it to senior mod.. and if i still have problems 48 hours from his message on to write on the ticket.. At least they should have announced they have problems with direct deposits as a main thread, not pretend everything is ok.. Now they waste our time with their own issues which they don't even announce..

In which people from your team stated direct deposits were ok 3 days ago.. which is a little bit further from the truth.. why should the market even be open if you can't proceed simple payments for days?

Deposits were working fine for a while but something has apparently gone wrong again.
I understand your frustration and you are allowed to vent as much as you want, but know that we are working around the clock to fix this once and for all.

Its not just Direct Pay... the market wallet is fucked too. I was ordering a sample but the total didnt meet the new 0.1 minimum amount for direct pay so Ive now been waiting almost 11 hours for my $9 deposit to show up. Last i looked it had 230+ confirmations. Im glad I waited before sending the 3.4 XMR I had originally planned to spend. Support said to wait 48 hours before they can do anything. SMH this is gonna piss off alot of those less patient buyers thats for sure lol
