PGP is where you start for learning this friend. Download the free version of kleopatra for windows and start by watching some youtube tutorials.
Focus on how to make a new keypair and then how to get that public key part onto notepad so you can copy it and place it on your market
profile, thus turning on 2FA security for your market account, so it can be used securely without getting phished. Get the basics down first
then move on to verifying markets and wallets.
