to sum things up, I'm planning on doing a fake seller scheme, i basically will try and scam victims after they make a payment, two outcomes, Ebay holds funds for 15 days then releases, or i get instant payout to drop, anyone has experience with this?, i would really appreciate pointers, i never used ebay so I'm asking about total setup cost, for the drop and the docs of ebay, will a fresh drop be OK?, also how can i cashout from drop as the title suggests after i get a payout?

you can open banks like Charles schwab, fidelity and couple others with just basic info like name, dob, ssn, and dl number while some banks requires photo of id for veriification some times if the info you provided isn't enough but if you can get past this if they find your answers sufficient, speaking of cost is relative, the price i'd do docs is definitely different from what the next guy would charge you, but always go for quality over being cheap, i vend on markets, could help you

can you be more specific?, one guy recommended me Wells Fargo, which one do you exactly recommend for this?, I'm committed and want to post updates on how it goes soon, I'm just planning things out as of now, is it realistic of me to say that i only got 100 USD to invest in this?, is it possible?, you never specified which exact documents just a vague response, it just seems like you're trying to convince me to buy documents from you...

what other stuff do you need? vpn/proxy matching the location of the person? most of the banks require mothers maiden name or other user specific questions, or will deny with no explanation

as a new seller on ebay theres no way you will be able to cash out if you scam your first few sales. you need to build up rep with a few real sales with positive feedback. first couple sales they hold ur money for a few days, and after you get some feedback you get the money cleared when the tracking shows delivered

why is that important? the goal is to make 1k or more off of one or few victims and repeat on a new account, i just need to make money so i can afford to make accounts in bulk then go for bigger plays, get me?, as of now i have a budget of 100 USD and it's messing with my head as i'm not in the position to get a regular job, so I'm trying to latch on to anything.

if i do make enough funds off of this, given enough time, i can start selling some digital products like gift cards for 1 -2 months and such to build a reputation, then exist scam with few big sales on expensive items, but for now i just need to make at least 1K off of my first account which i want to create.

its important because you wont be able to get any money? if ebay is waiting a week to unlock your funds, then that means the buyer will have a week to dispute the sale.

well, if i can convince the victim that the costumes are having issues, something like that, i suppose i can get funds before victim disputes, get me?, or what i can do is put shipping to same zip but different street and list it as delivered, wouldn't that work? i can provide them with a valid tracking number which they can check, and if they call UPS as an example, they don't reveal delivery address anyways AFAIK.

regarding items, any item that's worth over 1k so it would be worth the time, since i must age the ebay for 2 days at least before listing auctions, laptops, iphones, things like that, do you think this will work?, I'm really in need of fixing my finances due to some issues I'm facing IRL as of now

you simply will not get funds released until the item is in the customers hands, and the are satisfied. and no, you cant ship it to a different address, you cant even change the address. ebay requires you to ship to the customers address that is on file. if you ship it to different address then you DEFINITELY wont get funds cleared.

the only way it would ever work is it you make a new account, sell items legitimately for a few weeks, then exit scam.

Anyone else find it ironic that he feels, "like most on here under this post don't have direct experience?" It sounds like you're not getting the answers you want to hear and it's pissing you off. Keep something in mind, you're far from the first person to try this scam, eBay has been around for a long long time and sniffing out a beginner, at best, like yourself will end up costing you your $100 life savings and possibly your freedom. Try OnlyFans or something.

Not sure if they changed things but this wasn't entirely correct back in 2019/2020 for me. You definitely could get away with this. I know because I did it successfully in the past.

Listen to what the user said above. You can't make this work.

eBay is going to hold your funds for 7 to 10 days AFTER the tracking number said the package was delivered to the buyer. That means you won't get money in your account until at least a week or more after the buyer realizes it is a complete scam.

To get a fast payout, you would need to hack an eBay seller account that has a ton of good feedback and was established for a year or more.

This is not what you want to hear and you will try to argue with my post because your mind is set on this type of fraud, but you're wasting your money here.

Try another type of fraud.

Do you know a lot about eBay? I'm a little rusty on my eBay knowledge. But some of what he said is doable. I basically did this a few years ago and never had any problems. My eBay accounts never had ton of feedback and it wasn't established for a year or more so that's incorrect unless they changed things up. Last time I used it was back in 2019-2020
