You really do not need Tor for that.

There are numerous sites that do -- but think about it -- that requires JavaScript.

This isn't a Tor thing. You do realize that Tor isn't fast, right?
This is what VPNs are for.

And those sites will either watermark the video unless you sign-up or give you a 480p quality.

Thanks for your response. I'm using Tails, so it's a bit problematic for me to use a VPN, and you frequently state here that VPN after Tor is an Opsec no-no. It's an instructional video that I don't want touching my real computer, and watermarks and 480p or less quality don't bother me for this type of video. Do you know if jdownloader can be used with Tails?
