Edit: 5 months later, they reappeared and sorted out the issue. 5* vendor, highly recommend.

I had 1 successful order from them, then made an order double the size a few weeks later. It was marked as shipped on the Incognito market. It never showed up, so I logged in a few weeks later and noticed that they hadn't logged on for 19 days (at that time) so I sent a message hoping they'd log on soon and get it.

In the meantime, I checked recent reviews and noticed a few other people's orders didn't show up either. I started to get a bit concerned.

I logged in a few days later to check any reply, and to my surprise, they replied apologizing because they couldn't log into their account for some time. They also said they shipped my order and they have the tracking number handy. I replied asking for an update from the tracking number. I was a little concerned because I figured they would just check the number and give me an update instead of just telling me they COULD do it.

By this stage, their store was actually closed down - probably due to a few too many reports while they 'couldn't log into their account'.

Does anyone know how to reach them to sort this out, or did they exit? I'm yet to look for similar products shipping from the same location, but that has just popped into my mind and I'll check a few markets to see if I can see them rebranded as someone else and try to reach out.

I like to give the benefit of the doubt and maybe they haven't exited, but we can sort out a reship option or something.
