Does entrapment even apply anymore ANYwhere, or was it universally done away with? : LawEnforcement | Torhoo darknet markets

Specifically i mean calling out undercover cops to either identify themselves as such or in some way LE associated OR have for real in court problems with indictments and (proper) procedural violations (not doing so) failing to secure grand jury indictments, convictions, etc

is it even a thing anywhere anymore, or is it long since gone & not even relevant (legally & procedurally, probable cause wise) ? ? ?

Cops undercover have the unique ability to blend in. The "Are you a cop? You have to admit if you are!" is a movie thing. UCs play a character, and they have to remain in character, and usually everything is being recorded.

Entrapment does happen, but usually it's by putting the ideas in the minds of the members of criminal organizations and tricking them into doing an attack in the name of "showing people what's up!" or "spreading the message"
