it could be both but probably a LE seizure considering if you check the DNS change of Archetyps clearnet domains, for example : whowasteam.love ( ns-1153.awsdns-16.org ) And why those DNS's were changed today to a US owned DNS. archetyp.cc dns changed to AWS yesteday. Amazon web services. That is the place they have hosted all seizure notices at.

also while i know people only need to hear him say everythings okay for them to relax, but i think it made it worse and i really think he's compromised....
