It is illegal for anyone to open a letter or package shipped first class, priority, or express through the USPS -- other than the intended recipient. Nobody is sitting around opening packages and they don't have the capacity to x-ray or monitor everything since the sheer volume of packs is in the billions per month.
That said, the USPIS does have tools and techniques, but they're generally looking at a target already or have a known thing they are looking for.
The "feel" like you've seen a lot but you haven't. That's just your paranoia and that's okay. For every seizure post, tens and hundreds of millions are delivered without any problem.
USPS domestic in the USA is the single safest way to move drugs around the county. At least personal use amounts. Don't try mailing a few kilos of coke. lol
For example, a user sees a duck on the river and thinks the police have placed a camera in the duck to watch him.

There is never a good time or a bad time , you are on time but yeah things are definitely concerning , its really time to start vetting people to make sure they ain’t LE and keep trade secrets, secret. Can’t have Ai on our shit. Also definitely we got to find better options.
In the USA, the USPS goes through 24 MILLION packages...per day. There are 525,000 USPS employees. The average transit time for a package is 4 days in the continental USA. Each day though adds 24 MILLION packages on top of yesterday so by the 4th day, there's now almost 100 million packages behind yours.
I remember reading sometime in 2021 or 2022 (i think) USPS began using AI to gather training data from the darkweb on drug trafficking, markets, vendors, locations, etc. I know they've been using AI since then at least, to analyze & allegedly target individual packages with historical seizure data. Dunno if you saw or read any of that but seems like the odds will be changing (not in our favor) soon.
Sorry should of mentioned, i PM'd and confirmed it was a state to state seizure. I get the statistics, but I just have a feeling given the dedication for the president to get rid of drugs I wouldn't be surprised if they increased the number of drug sniffing k9's drastically, leading to searches due to the dog "hitting"
What is a decoy? Who knows? Apparently they're great.
