I'm curious if the Tor "Endgame" CAPTCHA system is so robust,
why doesn't DrugHub use it?
Did they develop their own CAPTCHA that's even more advanced than Tor's Endgame system?
I'd argue they're both equally "advanced". So long as they do the job, it doesn't matter. Also, seeing as DH is the only superlist market still with us, you should trust that its using a sufficient method.
I actually like that DrugHub is using their own custom-built CAPTCHA system. It shows they’re investing in their own tech instead of relying on something pre-made.
Many markets use Endgame at a core level but implement their own captchas with varying styles and difficulty. Endgame's captcha system isn’t the only solution ever built to protect sites from attacks and DDoS, it's a compilation of solid work by some skilled minds, along with some other tools. When I say 'core level', I am referring to Endgame’s configuration layer. We also use Endgame at that level, but keep in mind that the public version of EndGameV3 has certain functionalities removed. So, we built our own version from the ground up.
So yeah, most markets default to Endgame, but if they want to customize it, it’s honestly easy as hell.
I just wish they would all use the same one Dread uses. It's easy and quick. Some of the others have taken me days to figure out or complete. Not whole days obviously, but trying it more than several times a day for like 3 or 4 days. When a market has such a difficult captcha, it usually makes me look for another market.
