Yes it's normal. Processed is supposed to mean they've shipped. However, some vends abuse this and do not ship before marking as processed. You should be watching the tracking info (via informed delivery) to insure they've truly shipped. Of course you can give them 24h to be kind but do not let them take advantage of you. If several days pass between being marked as processed and you still see no shipment OR you see they've printed a label( and it's stuck on that) you should reach out to the vendor to make sure they're doing the right thing. If you reach the dispute deadline and still haven't got a confirmation on shipment, I advise you dispute the order.
