You have some of the major ones on hand which is good. Although you are a little low on the bars IMO. Muscle relaxers help a lot too if you can get those.

Many people have said SR-17018 has helped them with withdrawals tremendously but personally i have never tried it. Although i did buy it from a vendor who i believe is on abacus now, so it should be easy enough to get a hold of. it might not be a bad idea to have some of it or subs around in case cold turkey method doesn't work for you.

Far as the ketamine goes, i've used H and ketamine at the same time before and i personally didn't have any adverse effects. In fact i would say low low doses may even help with opiate withdrawals but im no doctor or medical professional and i would recommend you research into that more yourself.

I've, personally, never gotten much relief from lope. But some people swear by them. Pretty sure Walmart sells bigger bottles of them so you won't have to fuck with opening all of those blister packets.

My recommendation is just benzos and methadone.

good for you dude. been there many times. kratom for me works every time, takes the edge off so i can go ct without really going through acute wd. Definitely have gotten dependent on it before but getting off kratom in my experience aint shit compared to heroin/ fent/ suboxone wd. some people might disagree and say youre swapping one for the other but even having to drink kratom tea twice a day to stay well wasn't nearly as disruptive to my life as everything having to do with scoring and using dope. note i would stay away from extracts and 7-oh unless youre realllly sick. benzos are great, whatever helps you sleep. the more sleep you get the more your body will recouperate.

if you've only done 3g in 2 months, don't listen to anyone who suggests you get on methadone or subs - those are a hell of a lot harder to quit & not justified given you aren't using a huge amount of h or any heavier opiates.
as /u/Tre mentioned k actually helps with w/d so ideally you'd start doing bumps as soon as you start feeling shitty but there's nothing stopping you from doing it alongside the h. save the xans for when you want to sleep. clonidine for if you get that crawly feeling like you can't sit still, also helps with the hot/cold flashes a little. as /u/tortilla_eyez mentioned kratom is also really helpful, get a red strain & throw a couple grams of the powder in your coffee or smoothie or whatever so you don't taste it, there's a dose conversion chart linked to somewhere on this chart if you search (it will tell you if you've been using x amount of h you should take x g of kratom per dose, etc) after 3 days start cutting your dose in half every day & then you should be in the clear. you probably won't even need all that stuff but it's good to have just in case. also pregabalin if you can get it is a lifesaver for sleep just be aware it can take an hour+ to kick in so if it's not working as fast as you'd like distract yourself with something for a bit rather than take another one right away (gabapentin a related drug is not nearly as good for this, though some people swear by it)
