Dear brothers and sisters,
After some long thought and consideration we have come to the decision not to continue shipping for the foreseeable future.
After a loss in the family there is now a lot more responsibility on our shippers shoulder and consequences of possible problems doing this work feels like too much to gamble now that there are so many people relying on them now to be there to support them.
All orders should now have been completed or resolved by the doc. If there are any which we have missed you can message the doctors outlet for assistance.
I know this will be disappointing for lots of our customers but we have come to a crossroads in life and this is the path we feel we need to choose right now.
We are currently working with the doc to relocated our stock and we advise our customers to go to the South Africa outlet to place future orders.
DS NWA may be back in the future but for now we are going to wrap things up and concentrate on family.
We may be taking a step back from this work but many strong friendships will continue here and it's been an honor to be a part of Tribe Seuss.

To add a few of my own words to this.
Obviously I am feeling quite sad about this situation, especially for it to have happened during the lead up to summer where we should be getting the medicine out there in force.
However, I can empathise with the feelings here, and loss and grief and trauma can have a big impact our our outlook on life and change our perception on what our true priorities need to be.
After speaking with NWA over the past months, I have seen the change in things over there and the weight of responsibility that has been piled onto our shippers shoulders as a result of the tragic events within their family. They very much have my sympathy and understanding, and I will support whatever decisions they feel they need to make at this point in time.
As I have said many times, I will never ask my team to do that which they are not comfortable doing or do not feel the risk/reward is worth it for them. Even more so in a situation such as this. Far be it from me to apply pressure to someone who is already in a high pressure situation, and I will of course not be doing that here.
We are in the process of discussing the next moves forward for NWA, clearing the stock, and re-routing customers to be able to order elsewhere.
The obvious solution is DS SA, as they were covering the same region as NWA prior to the Outlet launching, so I will be redirecting customers there for the time being.
I do not think this will be the end of NWA, but with the summer workload on my shoulders right now, rebuilding that Outlet is something which I will have to put on the back burner for now and circle back to the future.
We were really proud to have brought quality service to that region, and it's not one we will just bail on. But for the time being, I apologise that service will be limited.
We will not forget you. Do not worry. There are always problems to overcome in this work, and we are in the business of overcoming problems and finding solutions here at TS.
Please give me and the team some time, and we will no doubt be back in the future.
I have been in the process of enabling NWA accounts to order from DS SA today, so old customers from there should find that their configurations have changed and ordering from SA is now available.

My apologies for the inconvenience and uncertainty the past couple of months. It's not been an easy time for them and I hope you understand why this has been a difficult decision to come to.
