EC-INTERNATIONAL DRUG CHECKING SERVICE: LAB ERROR RELATED TO FLUBROMAZOLAM : EnergyControl | Torhoo darknet markets
We want to communicate the community an incident related with our International Drug Checking Service.
On July 3th we communicated the result of a sample received in our Service , submitted as "alprazolam". We reported this sample as "no active substances detected".
The person who sent the sample was surprised about this result. That sample had been used by him before drug checking, and produced psychoactive effects, according to his experience.
In cases like this, we review available data and submit substances to additional tests , if necessary. After carefully reviewing lab data, a tiny, uncommon and strange peak appear in the test spectrum. Additional techniques were used and revealed the presence of flubromazolam.
Our techniques are callibrated in order to detect vurtually all active substances, including new NPS or substances active in rank of micrograms (as fentanyl analogs). In fact our team has reported new substances in many ocassions. But our systems are not 100% perfect and occasionally there are incidents like this.
Thanks to provided info we´ve been able to optimize our machines to avoid in the future this mistake that is our responsability. We have had no problems to detect previously substances as flualprazolam or flubromazolam but in this case our systems failed. We think this is probably due to a low concentration in the sample (but this is not 100% sure as we can not quantify flubromazolam in this moment). We have restructured protocols for benzodiacepines/unknown substances . We have verifed also that this error only affects sample provided and no other sample tested in our service and/or reported as "no active substance".
We have a strict policy of honesty and transparency. We have been accused in some ocassions of "providing fake results" or " invent results", unfairly and without providing any evidence.
In cases like this, in which the error is real and responsability is ours, we have no problems in communicate and make public all the information.
This issue has been covered also in http://dreadytofatroptsdj6io7l3xptbet6onoyno2yv7jicoxknyazubrad.onion/post/484908fe375ddf99c2ae
We apologize again, thanks for your understanding
Glad I was able to help!
