Hello to all,
I have access to plenty of EU credit cards details from a guy that worked in a car rental office.
I have been searching through Dread to find ways on how to use these cards but as I could understand it is probably not possible because of strict security measures placed by the banks, is that correct?
I searched about the casino and tiktok methods, but I am not sure if that would work
I don't want to be spoon fed and be shown what to do step by step, I just want to be pointed at the right direction and find out if I can cash out these cards in anyway possible.

It's possible to cash them out. but it will be difficult. you need to find sites out of Europe that are 2d. or have very low security(mostly US sites). those sites won't require you to enter OTP.

I have two alternatives for you
