The team that was running the market had trouble and when that happens people tend to think of their own skin. Add this to the mounting pressure from the ddos and other trouble finding hosting, this was bound to happen. Greed gets them all.

i have too, however my money is on LE now being in control of the ASNT PGP key and descriptor signing key.

unless it was an exit that is supposed to look like a seizure (not unheard of) everything is pointing towards law enforcemenet.

Yeah but they don't rush it. As soon as they do it will make anyone who is connected go on the run and delete evidence. Rn there is still like 0.0001% chance of it coming back, and hopefulness can be very blinding.

My guess is rn they are getting all the info they can to make as many arrests of staff and top vendors as possible before officially announcing it was seized.

Sidenote: their banners are so shit nowadays. The Hansa one was at least pretty cool. Now its just a retarded copy paste of their shitty badges. Any fed listening to this, please rehire that UI guy who did the Hansa one he was pretty good for a fucking rat.

an interesting thought, maybe they forced ASNT to write the message and he intentionally used those different characters as a canary of sorts to leave a sign that LE is now in control of the market without outright saying it.
