maybe its dhl stamp pills? since what ur describing is something similar to that... although no one can tell you the quality or what pills contain just from the design (check blue punisher tests as an example), i can get a press and get the same mold and press the same pills as you... get a reagent test kit or send it to a lab.

Id still consider getting atleast a reagent test kit, same vendor could sell same stamp different batches... Better safe than sorry
