Facile synthesis of 1-phenethyl-4-piperidone (NPP) from beta-phenethylamine : DrugManufacture | Torhoo darknet markets
This post details the synthesis of NPP via a reaction of beta-phenethylamine freebase by way of methyl acrylate to form N,N-bis(β-methoxycarbonylethyl)phenethylamine. A ring closure is then performed and 1-phenethyl-4-piperidone is formed. The facile procedure is outlined below:
Methyl acrylate (688.7g, 8.0mol) and anhydrous methanol (480ml) were mixed and stirred for 30min. A mixture of β-phenylethylamine (387.8g, 3.2mol) and anhydrous methanol (320ml) was added dropwise under ice-cooling, and the internal temperature was controlled not to exceed 40°C. After the addition was complete, the temperature was raised to reflux and stirred for 8 hours. After cooling to room temperature, methanol and excess methyl acrylate were recovered under reduced pressure to obtain N,N-bis(β-methoxycarbonylethyl)phenethylamine (926.0 g, yield 98.5%) as light yellow oily liquid.
Add toluene (300ml) and finely divided sodium metal (22.08g, 0.96mol) into a 3000ml three-neck flask, heat to 110°C, stir and reflux for 30min, cool down to 40°C, slowly add anhydrous methanol (8.0ml) dropwise, and stir for 15min. Add N,N-bis(methoxycarbonylethyl)phenethylamine (235.0 g, 0.80 mol) dropwise, and control the temperature not to exceed 60°C. After the dropwise addition is complete, heat to reflux for 3 hours. The reaction was cooled to room temperature and the solution solidified to obtain intermediate 3. 25% hydrochloric acid (1200ml) was added to the reaction vessel and refluxed in the oil bath for 5h, TLC tracked that the reaction was complete. The reaction vessel was then cooled to room temperature, stirred overnight, the toluene layer was separated, and placed in an ice bath. Sodium hydroxide (either crystals in small portions or 40% concentrated solution) was used to adjust the pH of the aqueous layer to 12, and a large amount of light yellow crystalline solids were precipitated. The mixture was cooled and filtered with suction. This was then recrystallized from petroleum ether to obtain light yellow crystalline 1-phenethyl-4-piperidone (145 g, yield 89.5%)
The final product is pure enough to use on its own in the further production of 4-ANPP.

The demand is constantly hight, the quality often lack, due the poor synthesis and the choice of the analogues, only aiming for potency but no particular recreational effects. ANd in worst case where xylazine is added or benzos or cathinones.
Many people switched to Zenes to avoid taking those daily risks, but once you hit Zenes (that are now going to leave the scene for several reasons) youa re stuck with 200x'ish potency analgesic compounds, with such a poor and crappy recreational AND therapeutic effects; nuking the tolerance and not being able to enjoy or use any other opioid.

Fentanyl is demonized from your gov., but it was one of the best discovery in pain management medicine, from the same genious who created Dextromoramide, P. Janssen, allowing countless people to have a normal life instead of struggling in pain staying in bed. Fent is NOT a poison and is not dangerous, it's all the shits tossed inside, or the fact is not sold with full transparency (fent hcl or analogue, if analogue which one, cut only clean cut with mannithol or erythrol, and ratio of the cut) - in this way, with transparency, buyers can use the products in a safe way.
They became already smart enough to have zenes-fents-xylazine stripes, but why they should be permanently on guard and there cannot be simply a proper organized crime system offering quality and doing a business without killing people?
willingly or not fent will not vanish. therefore instead of repression, information and transparency and especially new players who can offer such transparency are needed.
