We control when funds are released, so funds only get released when the buyer is happy. I suggest you read these 2 guides to learn about Escrow vs Multisig:

I did a trade on Fairtrade for 936USD [5.77 XMR]. Trade-ID: d322e538f1e94e5db086683. Before going to this trade, I did a demo trade for $20, it went well. After 10 minutes, when trade is for 936 USD, the withdrawal did not work. I checked monero withdrawal address for 7 times, each time character by character.

What is the issue ?
Why is this delay ?
Is it a Scam Site ?
What happened in 10 minutes that caused the increasing trade amount to stop withdrawals?

Note:- If my problem is solved, I will update my post to appreciation. Until then, It is a SCAM. All the new guys who are thinking of using their service either as buyer or seller, consider for 100 times before making trade. I am in situation that, I have delivered the product successfully and installed also. And In return got nothing. Buyer will also post here. Please respond asap.

After two days, I have received all coins, after deducting the escrow fee. I mistakenly assumed these guys are wrong. I apologise for my word "Scam". This is my appreciation and recommendation post to use their service. Somehow It was delay in the withdrawal, but I got it exact amount. So thank you Fairtrade, thank you Verve and Thank you Dread.

i transferred my monero on FairTrade as buyer. the package is not received by me and the Trade page says 'Finalized'. How do i raise a dispute and ask for a refund for undelivered goods? The Dispute option is no longer there on the screen. the seller says he is sorting it out. Would would be the next steps if the goods are undelivered?

Trades finalize after the finalization timer runs out. There's nothing you can do if you didn't dispute the trade before the timer ran out.

They're just auto finalizing trades without even giving the buyer time to react. A seller can mark the product as delivered and they would finalize before you even check on it. Absolutely pathetic. Real markets don't even operate like that.

There is no issue with our finalization system.

Sellers have no option to expedite the finalization process. Our terms explain how the finalization timer works. If the buyer doesn't dispute before the finalization timer is over, the funds are transferred to the seller.
