fallen Arch vendor extortion attempt : CafeDread | Torhoo darknet markets

100% scam/fake. LE won't call you and tell you you have a warrant. They just show up. How they got your phone number is another question entirely. If I were you I'd clean house as much as possible

Why? It's clean, but why? Why is nobody interested in who he vended as on arch? I don't know why I felt any code of honor dealing in this stuff, but I would never do this to someone as a vendor. His stealth was on point. Product was shit. I'm sure based on my address he got my number. But being an occasional user/buyer, I have nothing to clean or hide

This is why - "Because I deleted everything on my end from an opsec perspective, I don't have his exact username or vendor name on any other platform."

Cginferno or something to that effect
At this point it doesn't really matter. If they moved to another market, it's only a matter of time before their reviews catch up with them. It does make it a lot harder to determine which vendor you're talking about when you don't mention what type of drugs you bought. Also, clean house because if they have your address and phone number they could easily call in a fake threat and have the cops show up with a warrant

Check my most recent, I gave something pretty close, it's a unique username so I know if he's the least bit popular, it'll stand out. His scam was sophisticated, had women and men involved, spoofed caller id to look like my states Treasury department, and then the FBI. Still can't believe I called the US Marshall service to verify 😂 psa if you're the vendor with the shit product, and you physically try something at my address, you're in for a RUDE awakening.

Not saying what he's selling because like I said i just called the US marshal of his State today to verify the scam. Infer what he sold based on his name.
as soon as I heard crypto I hung up

He thought that he had fishy on the hook and then, click, the agony of defeat.

Right, this is a scam. Have you checked the phone numbers? I.e. are the numbers from US? Landlines or provided by some eSIM provider?

There are 3 options, either the numbers are international, spoofed or genuine.

Have you checked your phone so these numbers are not in your phones contact list? (check both SIM and apps contact list)

It's a scam for sure, but if the numbers are genuine, the scammers are law enforcement officers and from other legal entities.

Had to be spoofrd, because he wanted me to Google the numbers of the FBI and Treasury department before he had their agents call me and my caller ID showed up with their numbers

Did you check if these numbers are in your phone app?

Are you meaning I have the FBI saved as a contact in my phone app? Lol

Either the spoofing was local in your phone, or external from your phone service. If it was spoofed in your phone, you want to know that...

Is there a way to verify?

They made me stay on the line untill the next federal agency called me, which makes me think it is external

If they spoofed your phone, you should find the numbers with names. Otherwise it was most likely external spoofing (if they did not clean up traces).
I still think these two issues are unrelated.

My orders were shipped from the exact area, it's a big coincidence mentioning "are u expecting a package" and " send me crypto to prove you own the bank account"
