So I finally placed my first order (on Kingdom) after researching for what seems like years on how to do it correctly. I know I did the encryption of the address and all that correctly, and everything seems to be good. However, I'm having some anxiety because my package hasn't arrived yet. It was marked shipped 4 days ago, and the shipping on the order said 3 day priority. I know, I know, it's only one day late, and today is a Sunday. The thing that has me tripping is when I check informed delivery, it's says I have zero packages on the way. Am I right in assuming that informed delivery doesn't always work right? Because of the way the days fell, it was supposed to auto-finalize today (sunday) but since the mail doesn't run I extended it two days. Hopefully it arrives tomorrow and all is well.

Just some nerves for the first pack. I'm sure everyone was this way the first time. Has anyone else had this issue with Informed Delivery?

relax yes Sunday 2nd the deadlines listed are for information only no package arrives at the exact time on the exact day rn December it's chaos at the postal level we usually have 48 hr expresses which are delivered in 8 days just because it's December

You should be good, it's sunday and during the holidays, sometimes USPS doesn't get to scanning every pack every time it should be due to overflow of mail/packages and because they hire seasonal workers who don't care as much as a permanent worker so maybe a bit of laziness is sprinkled in there as well but if its been 4 days n it said 3 I think you're fine, just chill. Prob show up tomorrow bud.

Thanks for the reply! Yeah, I wouldn't even consider messaging the vendor until it's super late. I can't imagine how busy they are,, just dealing with the PGP side of things probably takes them forever!

Vendors are really busy people, you're not the only person ordering, and putting everything together takes time and work.

Delivery goes out at different times so the vendor could've been a bit too late from the cut off time.

Empathize with them, especially with the holidays around the corner, there going to be an influx of orders going out, not only from the vendor but also from shipping company so just sit back and wait.

Last comes to last, talk to the vendor. You could even ask him for the tracking number, and if he has time he'll send it.

Hey! Thanks, but right now I'm just trying to be patient. If it's not here in a few days I'll probably do that. From what I can tell, the vendor I used is solid so I don't have much doubt it will show up. My main concern is someone snatching it from the front of my building. Live in a downtown urban setting and sometimes our postal workers are careless. If it never shows, it's almost guaranteed that someone snatched it off of our stoop.
