Feeling - The only difference in feeling, for me at least, between amphetamine and methamphetamine, is length of action. I know this from decades of experience with each substance from both a powder/pure context as well as a pharmacy sold /counterfeit pressed context.

Addiction Level - I am an addict and there was never a time when I was not. Out of these I tried real pharmacy adderall/amphetamine sulfate first. I abused that in exactly the same way I would abuse meth some years after that. I remember even trying to figure out how I could smoke the pharma adderall pills! My point is - there's no difference to me in pharmacy sold amphetamine and street meth bought from a paisa when it comes to addiction. If you are concerned about "going off the rails" and think you might be an addict, I'd stay away from the both. Now, if you're like me though and wont listen to advice like that, the next best thing is harm reduction. I prefer counterfeit adderall due to the price and other reasons listed already, so if you are going to buy presses, make sure you're getting them from a reputable vendor ...

If you are going to end up buying some presses, please read these notes I've gathered from personal research:

- Some presses are very strong and others not as much. Sometimes even the same vendor's make/model vary from pack to pack!
- GO EASY with them at least until you get the hang of them. No need to run into the bathroom and snort the first one you get!
- If the pills are good, you WILL GET where you need to get from taking orally. Just give it time to digest and cross your bloodl/brain barrier!
- make sure you can snap/break the pills. The body has a hard time digesting the ones that don't break with finger strength.
- take them in the morning. I'll take some late sometimes if I have to pull an all nighter or am doing something important for work.
- don't tell anyone you're taking them or share them with anyone unless they KNOW AND ARE COOL with what is in them. <-- IMPORTANT!!!

For presses, currently I buy exclusively from Winterdreamer on DH (I believe they are on a couple other markets too, I just like DH the best)
They are very transparent/ethical, and actually care about the people that eat their pills, not just about the almighty dollar.

Less euphoria
Shorter lasting
Not as jittery
More...productive...than "fun".

Pressed:

More euphoria
Longer lasting, for sure.
Can get a bit more jittery and anxious
Seems to lean more toward recreational than productive.

But if you take a low dosed pressed that tries to match the strength of a pharma, it's hard to tell because Meth is actually a prescription drug.

Having used both, mates, I found the biggest difference is the edginess of meth vs a more, to me, smooth effect from real addy's. That being said, everyone responds differently to drugs, and you might like the meth effect more than real addy's, or vice versa. Let your body/mind responses guide you on this.

I found meth was more addicting mentally than adderall. I was able to manage my adderall nicely, but I went off on meth and hurt myself in the process. Has taken me years to get back on an even keel again.

A good press would be very simlar to adderall in feeling, just longer acting. The presses tend to last 8+ hours for me while real adderall IR 4-6. A good press would also have mostly dextromethamphetamine which is a CNS stimulant and wont have you tweaking or your heart pounding.
