Frustrated by delay explanation : NamasteLSD | Torhoo darknet markets

The new post about delays from France says that they are working to get those packages shipped and will be adding 10% to all the orders. I obviously have no complaints about the 10% extra, but that means that none of the packages had even left yet. My order says it was shipped weeks ago, does this mean that was all BS? Really confused at how little transparency there is. I get the need for opsec so we can't know what happens, but this whole situation is annoying. I get the long wait times, just be honest and tell us we're gonna be waiting. I'd rather know for sure that my package will take 5 weeks than think it's gonna be here in 2 and have constant delays.
