I would say if it's quality stuff maybe start with 30mg? The best Amphetamine I've got in the US I'd add about 10mg onto whatever u would take of normal adderrall. Like my preferd does is 40mg and it makes me feel like I took a solid 30mg adderall except a little more speediness. But they make it themselves & is high quality. If you're using a shittier vendor that doesn't make it themselves usually "imported from Germany" or something. You may need to take more - a lot more. I've had German import stuff where I had to take 120mg+ not gonna name names ;)

Lmk if u find a good reasonably priced & amp vendor in the US. I've got 1, but prices could be a little better.
