Im in a small dillema. I got heaps of monero, but whats a good way to get IT to my bank Account or some Credit Card AS Fiat Money in Germany/EU.

I considered bitpanda, but am afraid they will freeze my Account, If they can Not track my Funds down to a legitimate source.

Help would be appreciated

Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't.
You have to try it out. Otherwise they have support I think.

Or you go to other EU countries and use ATMs with no KYC (if you live close to the border).

nope, but you can get multiple so you won't have to care about that. You can use it to spend in store, withdraw at the atms anything you'd do with a normal debit card.
