I know LTC deposits are all fucked up right now for myself and many others. but i can personally confirm that BTC is working. I heard others were able to deposit another small amount of btc to "jog" the transaction.

Do you use 2FA? Also, where does the blockchain say the money is? I can see my money still sitting where I sent it over a week ago, but can't do shit without a mod.

You can try the $1 "trick" others have claimed success, depending if the address hasn't been changed or still shows or whatever and that you haven't actually been phished. Check the chain and see where the money is tho.

I use 2FA. Blockchain had the money confirmed and moved from the original deposit address. The $1 trick did not work. I made this post then magically my ticket was seen a few hours after and it was resolved.
