> can you tell me if Feather is good wallet for PC?
Yes feather wallet is good for mac/windows/linux. It is open source and maintained software.

> And is there a way to buy monero that isnt peer2peer like localmonero, but directly like btc?
What do you mean by "directly" ? do you want to buy it with fiat or another crypto ?

Imo, there's only really one benefit of buying through localmonero, and that's if you need to be as anonymous as possible. However, if your threat level is relatively low, i would recommend first buying ltc (preferred over btc due to its low transaction fees) through an exchange like coinbase or binance or any other exchange you prefer, then go to https://orangefren.com/, type how much xmr you want then select which exchange you prefer.

After that, send the ltc or btc to the address provided by the exchange, then to your personal xmr address and voila

Yeah I checked it out because it has lot of ways to buy on localmonero, anyway I appreciate the other way you shared to buy xmr! I will def look at that too! I'm dealing with crypto for years it's just I never thought to use xmr but I realize it's actually pretty good especially for transactions over the dark web, so I didn't want to sound dumb lol because I am into these stuff for years but since It's my first time to create my monero walllet and stuff I wanted to hear some opinions and other ways as you mentioned ltc is great for its low fees! I didn't think of it before, thanks!

I appreciate your time to look over my post! Have a nice night! I will close now this topic, as I'm all ready to start buying monero and top up my wallet! :)
Thanks again!

I use atomic wallet on the pc, it's free, their exchanges are KYC-free, if you have tokens but no eth for gas money, they'll send you some for free (not often or an amount enough to be exploited, but still, very nice feature) and the fees are only ever so slightly higher than transaction fee itself. Just remember that the XMR won't show up/be usable until it's been confirmed the full ten times after being transacted, even if you send and still have some you won't be able to send the some to another place until the first thing gets confirmed ten times such as to reconcile your updated amount being there and confirmed as its new value after you sent the first thing.

And I use it a few times a few months back but have no up to date knowledge of the status of, but for the sake of being thorough, I used cake wallet on android for all the reasons stated above (minus the free gas money).
