Got myself into a bit of a situation need some advice! : CafeDread | Torhoo darknet markets

So I am currently broke AF and jobless so I thought I'd try to make some money.
I have a friend that needs some coco so I thought to myself why not buy some for him online, and because I am the one making the purchase he was going to give me some extra money.
So I decided to start working through the DNMbible following all the steps, and then he sent me the Money ($250). I put it in my bitcoin wallet and tried to exchange it to Monero....
Using ELUDE exchange, which I have now been informed has exit scammed. So I am still currently waiting for the XMR to go into my wallet and I'm sure it never will.
Is there anything I can do to get this back? or any advice on what I can do because I now owe my friend $250? and he needs the COCO by Friday.
If someone can offer help and guidance I will be willing to return the favour in the future as I am looking to make some good long term profits from this.
Because I am currently stuck here and need to make some sort of money asap to sort this out.

That's why if you do a purchase for a friend, tell them that there is a chance their money may be lost or they never receive the product and by allowing you to do the purchase for them, you take no responsibility if either happens.

Always check sites that list market links, as they usually put warnings up if sites are suspected of exit scamming.

Cry for help from your relatives, and ask them for 300$ emergency cash and then promise them you gonna return it as soon as possible.
