grapheneos opsec : GrapheneOS | Torhoo darknet markets

so i have a question about the opsec of a grapheneos in the context of using it as a burner so using it to save customers numbers on and letting that be the method of the way they can contact you, how would grapheneos be better than a nokia (not saying it isnt better) because lets say the LE got hold of your nokia or grapheneos, yes you can use the duress pin to wipe the graphene phone but theyve still got hold of your sim card so they can still access your messages, and if they get your nokia they can do the exact same thing, so what advantages would the graphene have over the nokia, assuming your only using it as a burner and not discusses your highly illegal operation to a friend over it?

GrapheneOS does not add gimmicks without a proper threat model and rationale. These kinds of features provide a false sense of security and encourage unwarranted trust in cellular protocols and carrier networks as the default. These also trigger false positives causing unnecessary concern and panic. The correct approach is avoiding trusting the cellular network.

Connecting to your carrier's network inherently depends on you identifying yourself to it and anyone able to obtain administrative access. Activating airplane mode will fully disable the cellular radio transmit and receive capabilities, which will prevent your phone from being reached from the cellular network and stop your carrier (and anyone impersonating them to you) from tracking the device via the cellular radio.

Wi-Fi on GrapheneOS is very privacy-friendly and is essentially anonymous as long as apps do not leak uniquely identifying information to the network.
