Respect is a 2 way street - I believe they have the right to treat this person without the courtesy of a customer and post the situation of events to rightly reassure their loyal and future customers (there's always two sides and if one is actually invalid or slewed, then this should be allowed to be countered).

But maybe I'd have used less aggressive words and dilute them to more polite but clear alternatives.

If he disrespects you, move on and let him be miserable and don't let him order from you again. Going back and fourth with a customer and calling them names speaks a lot about your character and at this point, your products. This is how you lose customers. Good luck though...
