hacked a vendor : hacking | Torhoo darknet markets

as the thread says I hacked a vendor, i have shit ton of his customers data, orders, addresses, vendor didnt cared, nothing was encrypted, i have few thousand orders with names, addresses, what was ordered and when. What would you do with this? Should I sell it or ransom him? Does it have any value? It's a big old vendor with great reputation. Vendor is selling fent and other crap, i have no sympathy. I want to extract max value.

I can:

1. ask for 3k$ a month indefinitely for not leaking it and not destroying his reputation/brand/sales
2. ask for larger sum - 10-50k$ - not likely to pay I think
3. sell the data for ...$
4. say I willl leak the data, but give customers ability to opt out by paying 500$ (??) or something so they are removed from the leak

I think first option is most likely to work. Tell me what you think I'm happy to tip you for ideas.

NY you leaking that data (if any), you won't just be hurting the vendor but countless of innocent buyers who just wanted to get by. You can ask him for a few bucks maybe in return of you deleting the data (though that'd be asking for ransom but I guess that's the safest way for both of yall).

Why do you want to hurt buyers and the vendor ? why not try to make money ransoming a big corporation or a bank ?

No buyer will pay you, anyone can order anything in anyone's name and the majority of people's data is available in publicly leaked databases so plausible deniability could be claimed. The vendor should report you to the admins, if you're serious, I think you're full of shit though.

Damn it really is every man for himself out here

Anyways, if morals are out the window, clearly you have an entire list of victims and maybe you get a few. If morals are there, just distant, sift through the orders and deem people good or bad (good - small amounts for personal use | bad - bulk fent). If morals are present, well you were able to hijack a vendors account and that's cool... I guess

On a real note you should blast him for poor security and encryption, for that I have no empathy.
