I had an experience a few weeks ago where I received a pack.
From a fairly large vendor, the pack was of decent size ( as it was my first interaction with this particular vendor).
And a massive leap of faith on my behalf, with my wallet taking the hardest hit first.
And the blurb of the product sounds legit being that real shabu does have a reddish-pink tinge to it, they do claim it is imported from where shabu comes from.
But it was by far it.
It the most cut stuff I have smoked all year maybe even 2.
I couldn't actually sell in on the street, without getting my attitude adjusted with a pole or having a try before u buy or refund policy.
plus I wouldn't let my mates try, let alone sell it to them for the simple fact. I'm not a dog cunt.
So I went the polite route and message them before giving my rating.
only to be replied with some generic letter, which basically said we are sorry you fell asleep after smoking half of a gram.
which I actually did.
I would smoke 1/5 of that if it's quality. and be up for 12-16 hours
and that was the end of that. I rated accordingly.
Sorry for that sidetrack must have repressed that and I'm still fucked off about it.

A word of a trusted is the number 1 reason to influence someone. Usually.
Into making the decision to buy from one vendor or another...
the problem is the trusted influence.
Either is disinformation from rivals vendors or the trusted person doesn't know any better.
1.They have never had a high-grade pack land from an international vendor.
2. Have never been to the country of origin and tried the stuff from the source
3. Not high enough in the criminal world to get the goodish shit.
So said influencers don't have much of an actual spectrum which is just scary. It allows vendors to sell crap at stupid prices.

the edge the dark market had was cheap international at a slightly increased risk or domestic was a low risk, but the vendor was trying to keep you as a customer because they knew you could just try international or go to a vendor who is selling cheaper and possibly better quality and now international has become more miss than hit. They have zero accountability.. and supply and demand at the moment are just insane quality drops prices go up.
We lost the equalizer the small-time guys getting reasonably sized packs to on-sell not jumping on it like (the big ops do)
and at the same time blowing customers minds and they were making good coin cause the margins were fantastic. and everyone was happy-ish.

So now shit seems to be a Lil bit Fucked, to say the least.

Tested sweetleafau's recent batch and tested very high in mdma purity.

One test I give my meth is an acetone wash to take out the most common organic cuts like MSM. I do by most of my meth from real world personal sources but have sampled 1/2 dozen DNM vendors over the last 18 months. Without exception all DNM vendors lose a greater proportion of product than my real world sources.

Average loss on real world stuff (usually bought in 1/2 ounce amounts) is 5 % matching the estimation that best imported meth here is 95 % pure. Average loss on DNM meth (usually bought in grams) has been 15 % which strongly suggests to me it's common practice to re-rock the product with 10 % MSM or some other organic cut that dissolves in acetone.
