Nothing has came for me, it could be royal mail but with everything that's been happening I was thinking maybe they never shipped it. I don't want to ask them until their limit (10 days) are up though.

I ordered from darkmatter with FE so I completely bypassed all the markets going down as well, they definitely got the money.

If you want to DM me on here with the order details, username etc. I can certainly look into this for you. There was a period where due to DDOS I couldn't access Dark Matter for several days and a number of order auto-cancelled, but your order may not have fallen into that. I have a feeling I have replied to you on Dark Matter this evening but there is this overflow of Abacus customers in my other inboxes making things a little hard to keep track of.

Things have been difficult keeping all other shops moving while trying to advise Abacus ppl who have orders stuck in limbo that I have been unable to process and get to them. As always though I'm here to resolve any issues.

They're away for a week, they won't reply until like wednesday
