Yes, there are fools who will never contribute anything of substance to this community, and who ask questions of little value. That’s beside the point. Simply answer the bloody question sincerely. I’m thoroughly fed up with idiotic replies full of trolling and insults, calling the original poster a “retard” or some other nonsense. None of you is superior to the lowest member of this community. You may be smug if you wish — but at least have the decency to answer the question.

I’ll admit I’m sometimes guilty of this myself, criticising users for laziness. However, I still endeavour to provide a genuine answer, because I assume my response might save someone from significant trouble. One serious mistake here could cost someone their life. Oh, pardon me — are you so grand and self-important that you’d rather hurl insults than devote a few minutes to answering a question properly?

The only group I’m inclined to commend is the hacking community on Dread, who, despite dealing with some of the most spectacularly foolish users imaginable, still strives to be helpful and provide links to relevant documentation. Meanwhile, the drug community here is constantly ridiculed and pointed towards outdated information, much of which has been removed or bears little resemblance to current realities — effectively funnelling people towards harm or death.

If you’ve nothing of substance to contribute, then bugger off and return to Reddit with your plus-sized girlfriend.

Why would anyone expect to be treated differently?

Only about one in three posts to OpSec gets approved. They don't make any effort to look in the Wiki. They don't care if it's related to Darknet OpSec.

This requirement to do this is clearly stated in the Posting Rules. They can't be bothered to read them before posting.
