Help from admins with disputed orders : AbacusMarket | Torhoo darknet markets

Hey. I'm so glad the site is up and running again but I've had 3 disputed orders going since before the site went down before and nothing seems to be happening with them, even after raising a ticket about it. Can someone please give me a time frame as to when I can expect a decision please. I've not got my orders and the vendors haven't been online at all since I placed it and won't reply to my messages.

In general, most markets have terrible customer service with tickets. They don't even acknowledge them. They don't even look at a ticket for a week to give the vendor "the chance to settle the claim." This is automatic. I once had to wait , even though my vendor was banned before escrow ran out. My experience is that you will hear back a week or ten days after your dispute is opened. - Hopefully, the /d/AbacusMarket admins, /u/Vito /u/MichaelCorleone, /u/AbacusMarket, /u/AbacusMarketPR will let us know the details of their policy on disputes

I'm having the same issue. Order wasn't sent and auto finalised during the site being down.

I raised the below ticket but it got closed due to inactivity. Very poor from Abacus - why would you use this market if this is how they treat customers?
