Help: how to return the money on FairTrade : FairTrade | Torhoo darknet markets

I've paid via FairTrade, but the seller said he can't open the invite link.
We've tried 4 times.
I have no idea what's going on with the seller part.
So I wanna release back the money and cancel this trade.
But I don't see any button to cancel and return back the money.

also fairtrade is most definitely fair, in your case u kinda fucked urself when u got SE'ed into finalizing the escrow by the seller and releasing the funds lol.

well, it does say (finalize) in the same box that you click on :/
but i do agree that it should be separate boxes in case something like this happens

have you already paid? if the seller hasn't accepted it you shouldnt have been able to pay. double check the link with tor.taxi to make sure you didnt get phished

Did you put the seller + your dread user on the trade agreement? It's most likely he already withdrew the funds and you got scammed if it already said finalize (why did you finalize it if you haven't received your products?)

I click the dispute, and it said it need to wait, so i close the dispute. Then it shows "Finalize"...
The seller can't open the invite link

When you open a dispute, it asks you to wait for a mod / to try and first resolve it with the seller. There's an option to close the dispute and in brackets it says "finalize."
You just released the funds to the vendor and now there's nothing that can be done. I assure you he MOST LIKELY scammed you and had already withdrawn the funds if it says the status is Finalized.
