Start utilizing them. The people who are competent enough have it figured out on their own. The ones looking for quick service don't really have the capacity to pull it off so they are wasting your time and most likely theirs.

If you're good with malwares figure out a way a way to spread them and once you're collecting data you can do whatever you want. Sell it, do the fraud yourself, blackmail etc.

I am not sure where you are looking but exploit.in is probably the forum you want to be on. Most malware people are on there and you will be able to find serious buyers. Look at what other malware developers are offering and see if you can do similar. At your worst you sell the source code to your malware, rent out your malware, or find a group (traffers & fud) who will help you establish a net. Selling logs is a bit saturation at this time but you can still make decent money from it. Work on making cryptocurrency stealers and you'll make lots of money.
