I've used western union before too. When the transaction goes in hold they just call and ask if you're really sending money. Normally within 30 minutes. With all the info you have you could do just about anything. The only thing I can think of that would cause problems is trying to buy crypto or use a remitence service while connected to TOR, a public proxy or a VPN.

Create a virtual bank and send it there. Do not use services like Chime those ones are pro.
Create an account with upcoming virtual banks like ge..pay, cl*v*. They can be a little bit cautious but are mostly hungry for customers and to gain popularity. So if you can be a little creative by filling your transaction request professionally, you are good to go.
