Help with setting up Multisig : DarkMatterMarket | Torhoo darknet markets

Hello, I really want to start using the Dark Matter market but it is very complicated to learn. I am stuck on one particular part of the process and I hope someone can help me with it - Run xmsweb.py. I dont understand how to do this. I can find an xmsweb.py file in the XMS folder but I dont see how I can run it. The most I can do it open it up on notepad and that seems to be some text that looks like commands or something. There does not seem to be an option to run it. I may be missing something but please let me know.

Its a python script. You need to install Python, then run xmsweb.py from the terminal/command prompt using python xmsweb.py.
