Hello, there is a vendor I used to buy off of abacus that I have found on a new marketplace, however their account age is only 6 days old on the new marketplace.

How can I verify that this is the same person and not an imposter? I can see the public key on their profile is the same as the one that was on abacus, If I just send them a message encrypted with said PGP key and they are able to decrypt it, is that enough verification?
