How do I transfer money from my bank, to LTC or BTC Safely? : Crypto | Torhoo darknet markets

Im new to this obviously. Reading the DNM Bible and it mostly covers convertions/monero, after you already have BTC.

I have never traded crypto and I wanted to know how I am sopposed to purchase these coins? Purchasing them with my bank account seems unsafe, and i feel like defeats the point of keeping dnm seperate, since my BTC/LTC wallets are on tails

Is there any guides to this that I am missing? Do i just use a trading app like coinbase, and when i convert to monero it is anonymous?
