Your country doesn't have a postal service? If DHL is your only option then I would avoid international shipments because it will go through customs check.

Vendors use stealth (concealing in packages) as well as decoys (item that makes package look legit) to get past customs and LE. If you have a good vendor they will have good stealth and decoy. Won't say much more because we don't talk about stealth in specifics. Verify your vendor is the best you can do if you must order international.
