Not easy. There are all kinds of ways to turn crypto into cash (non of them bulletproof) but even then you'd still be sitting on a pile of cash. With less and less transactions done using cash every year, this is far from ideal. You could run a business that accepts cash for this specific purpose, but then you're adding another illegal (at least from money laundering perspective) aspect to your operation, and one that is directly connected with you. I don't think there is an easy answer here. Either do a biz for this purpose or cooperate with an established biz.

As the other user said, a proxy or even LTE on a burner phone works fine. Burner phones are very easy to get via craigslist, especially around Christmas where people are selling their old phones after receiving new ones as gifts. If you really want to go the extra mile, make sure to use IMEI spoofing and install grapheneOS (which means the phone has to be a Google pixel 6 or higher). Depending on your region, this can be as cheap as 100 USD per phone.

if you are looking to xmr->fiat cash, then use a p2p service like retoswap or xmrglobal. They will have a fee.

If you already have a process in place and already have cash, then perhaps make a business of "art paintings", and sell them to "anonymous"' buyers.
Depends on your amounts of course.
