Never use bitcoin on a market. Use Monero only, see /d/monero. If you can't buy Monero directly, opt for litecoin and exchange it for Monero using a service at kycnot.me.

Gonna agree with this. If you don't know how to write a solid contract, you'll get scammed.

No, didn't say /d/FairTrade was a scam. Just said OP needs to know how to write a contract or he will get scammed by the seller.

can you give more tips for someone who is going to use it for the first time tomorrow?

Be clear and concise in your contract language. State exacty what the seller is required to do. Too many variables to go into them all, really. Just be sure you don't leave a loophole for the seller to wriggle through and not provide the product.

Best you can do is write out the terms as simply as possible. You could look for a Contracts for Dummies book, although I doubt there is one. No offense meant, those books got me started on a lot of subjects.

Don't use BTC. Bitcoin transactions are fully treacable and if someone only has your wallet address, he can easily track all the transactions you did and where you are sending your money. Always use XMR and if you don't know where to exchange it, use trocador.app.
