a lot of the pills you see at smoke shops or wherever are underdosed or totally bunk, but the actual substance is pretty good, if you have a low tolerance. that tolerance builds rapidly though & the w/d sucks ass (like any "fun" opiate)
if you have a particular brand you're curious about, testmykratom.org actually sends these things into labs & names & shames based on the results. there's a lot of dogshit out there

Ty for this! Glad I pulled the trigger with wonderland gardens. Tests are all accurate. I'd like to bring it to DNMS and allow people to try the real deal.
Those head shop pills have 2.5-5mg in them each of not even 7oh, probably another metabolite thats cheaper to mass produce.

Idk, I just think it would help alot of people tone their tolerance down and still find pain relief without risking death every dose.

indeed, it's a shame that so many states are banning it making darknet sales the only option for a good portion of the US - probably time for me to stock up as well before my state follows suit
i also noticed a lot of these companies are throwing pseudoindoxyl in their pills, probably bc it's a hell of a lot more addictive/tolerance-producing than regular 7. really slimy move on their part

Yup. I specifically bought 50% pseudo extract and will be making 1mg/ml doses. 30ml vial = 1500mg morphine.

Edit : Not only is pseudo way more addictive and builds a tolerance faster. It doesn't really have euphoria. Its more just sedating and pain relief.

so if you have a tollerance to pain pills then you wont feel the "high" from 7oh but if you are in pain it will def help. i am not a heavy opiate user but i have plenty of experince. imo 7oh is almost on par with a low dose oxy in the pain department and the high is kinda like a dirty hydro. the person that said there week af has def not had any good 7oh or has a big tollerance.

i have a friend that was a heavy herion user for years, he got clean and now just takes 7oh and it really really does help. im not in pain but i use them at work as it helps me focus and it makes you high, downside is it makes me want to talk alot and after about 4 hours i start to get grumpy. but they def work. check out reddit for some 7oh vendors on the clear net and order som to try. if you dont have a tollerance taking a whole pill might make you sick and throw up and throwing up on 7oh feels like you smoked a pack of cig in one sitting. feels bad but better then ODing

then dude you will be shocked when you try a 7oh tab, when i first tried kratom i was shocked at how high and how good the pain relief was. but i did not like taking 7-10g of kratom powder. so i switched to the 7oh tabs and let me tell you, they will def make you high. you wont nod but if i take 50mg of 7oh i feel like i cant keep my eyes open.

go to your local vape store and they should sell single packs of pills and try them out before you buy online, cause buying online gets you better quality but gets expincive so try it out from a vape store before you buy,

also imo if you want it for pain get ones that have 7oh and mit/psydo the mit/psydo are other alklods from kratom that brake down in the liver to forum more 7oh so the pain releaf lasts longer(my understanding)

Strongly agree. I currently have a herniated disc that is directly above the levels that were fused approximately a decade ago so the pain isn’t fun. I understand everyone reacts differently to specific alkaloids. That said, even the high potency, most popular 7-oh do practically nothing for me. A couple times they have made a very minor dent in the pain in my cervical spine. But not even remotely worth the relatively high cost, even when you do your research and find the best prices.

It would be interesting to see the results of studies done on their effectiveness. I would be surprised to see any legitimate research studies done though.

Pure 7ohm and pseudoindoxyl are 10-30x and 50x the potency of morphine.

I tried 7.5mg of pure 7oh extract and idk what yall are talking about. It hit me harder than my dermorphin does.

Obviously i wouldnt use this everyday, just for breakthrough pain due to spinal damage.
