Normally 12-24 and max 72 hours for me.
The vendor is waiting for a restock and he accepted your order waiting on it just so that he won't lose your business is my guess.

I messaged him that i can take another product if other one was not in stock he told me what product he have, i said okay i can go with that and then several days passed and nothing happened

Well 12 days are quite a lot and he is avoiding contact - raise a ticket and outline your story for the moderators.
This is largely unacceptable behavior IMO

Once the order is marked as processed it must arrive within a week for domestic orders and within 3 weeks for international orders. Any more delay than this must be specified by vendor or you might consider it as seized/lost or ripoff.
